How do our luxury picnics work?Once you choose your package and location, please give us a call at (310) 810-3973, or send us an e-mail at info@theluxurypicnic.com. If you're interested in a bespoke/custom picnic experience, please make sure to fill out out Contact Us form. Depending on the add-ons you choose and the location you choose, we will provide you with a quote.

What's included in my package?Each package page outlines everything that’s included in the setup. Additional enhancements can be chosen during the reservation process. Please be aware that discount codes do not apply to external vendors (photographers, caterers, etc.).

Booking & CancellationBOOKING: Standard setups and preferred locations can be easily booked through our website. Once reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your experience, key contact information, and, a day before your reservation, we’ll connect you directly with your host via text. CANCELLATION & CHANGES: You can modify, reschedule, or cancel your reservation up to 3 days in advance for a standard package booking. After this period, cancellations are non-refundable. Any bespoke or custom bookings are subject to outside vendor regulations.

WeatherIf The Luxury Picnic Co. determines that significant weather will effect your event, we will provide a credit for future use.

Do you provide food and beverages?We will provide you with a place settings, a cooler, sparkling & still water, and a wine key. Each of our picnic packages has the option of a 'catering' add-on, however food does not come standard with our picnic packages. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on most California beaches.

Where can we setup our luxury picnics?Our luxury picnics can be setup at any Southern California location. Our standard locations include Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura/Ojai, San Diego, Temecula, Santa Barbara, Coachella Valley/Palm Springs, and Joshua Tree. If you do not see your location listed, please reach out. We likely can accomodate!

CapacityEach of our packages are designed for a certain number of people. If we determine that there are more patrons than originally thought, we will charge a fee of $150 per extra person. This is due to regulatory restrictions in Southern California locations.
